We are receiving queries asking if our 2021 carnival will be going ahead, whilst we hope to go ahead no decision has been made either way; if the situation changes it will be advertised on our website and Social Media streams:
As always public health and the safety of our participants and spectators is our number one priority.
We will continue to follow Government guidance and advice, and we are closely monitoring the ongoing coronavirus situation in the UK.
Over the coming weeks and months, we will continue to work with our entrants, the Somerset County Guy Fawkes Carnivals Association and the local authorities about our 2021 plans and our planned illuminated carnival procession on Saturday 6 November.
